With over 10+ years of teaching 10,000’s+ of people of all ages, sizes, shapes, races, mobility and experience levels in London, Emily is here as your new best friend in Yoga and your BIGGEST cheerleader!

As a regular lover of life (as opposed to being an ex-dancer, gymnast, actress or athlete!) Emily’s life changed for the better when she really sunk her teeth in to yoga and it’s philosophy, over 12 years ago. She isn’t a fan of the current ‘yoga industry’ and thinks too many people are excluded, so Body Love Club is her passion, to help bring people who would really benefit from yoga, in to the practice in engaging, relatable and realistic ways.
