Learning online is an amazing low-pressure way to conquer your fears, from the safety and security of your own home.
Home yoga rules! We use cushions, we use the sofa! All the soft squishy things we don’t have in a studio.
If you’re nervous or self-conscious trying things in a studio, where let’s face it, there can be a LOT of ego (ironically) - learning at your own pace at home can turn this in a really fun, supportive and enjoyable journey. All my cues are home-appropriate.

Week 1: Intro to the “holy trinity” and conditioning work on the floor (no balances!)
Week 2: Intro to the shape, proper block use, making it safe
Week 3: Intro to weight, balance and MATHS
Week 4: Time to take flight + variations and modifications
